About the role

We are looking for a delivery manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of software projects. You’ll ensure that teams work efficiently, blockers are removed early, and that we continue to deliver value at a steady pace.

Location

All Chainstack roles are fully remote. To create the best experience for your future colleagues, this role is best suited for candidates based in European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage priorities based on team capacity.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a transparent roadmap that balances new features, technical debt, and improvements.
• Document scope and resource needs for upcoming releases.
• Ensure timely and consistent delivery of releases and products.
• Establish communication channels and team rituals to keep work synchronized.
• Maintain morale and team performance in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
• Evaluate and apply the right Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, or hybrid) for each team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software delivery as a delivery/program/project manager.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with project and requirements management tools (preferably YouTrack).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and designers.
• Strong written and spoken English (upper-intermediate or higher).
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups.
