UX/UI Designer

Fluence is the first decentralized “Cloudless” computing platform, providing an open alternative to the giant internet cloud monopolies. Fluence is up to 80% cheaper than cloud providers and is both resilient and verifiable. Fluence assembles excess compute capacity from top tier data centers around the world into a global, always-on DePIN network that is suitable for running a wide range of applications. The platform is open, allowing users to change providers easily, ensuring that prices stay low and service levels are high.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape a visionary long-term strategy while driving impactful short-term initiatives across a diverse range of products and experiences.
• Design and craft top-tier UX/UI for developer-focused tools and applications, ensuring they are intuitive and efficient.
• Create compelling marketing materials, educational resources, and media assets that resonate with users.
• Transform abstract user experience concepts into precise, actionable visual elements that the engineering team can seamlessly implement.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to deeply understand project goals, spearhead design initiatives, and ensure successful delivery.
• Build, mentor, and manage a talented design team (you’ll be the first hire with the opportunity to shape and grow the team).

You might be a great fit if you:

• Bring 5+ years of experience in UX/UI and graphic design.
• Have a proven track record in product design for large-scale web applications, especially from inception to launch.
• Have a passion for pixel-perfect detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Love working with Figma and using it to create innovative design solutions.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively share your vision with both technical and non-technical teams.

Bonus points:

• Software engineering experience
• Designing developer or cloud tools experience
• Basic understanding of Web 3
